What can we say about “Paris”? Well we were ecstatic that “Cydnee” gave us a flashy fawn bitch from her first litter bred to “Connor”, Ch. Maxl’s Golden Boy SOM, as Linda has always wanted a flashy fawn bitch to show. Early on though, we were not convinced that she was going to be a show prospect …let’s just say she developed very slowly; but by the time she was 12 weeks old, we were saying “wait a minute, let’s not rush things, maybe she’s going to make it”. Well, she definitely has “made it”.

In April 2007, we delivered her to Michael Shepherd and Dottie James in hopes they could get her ready for the ABC. She had a best puppy in Sweepstakes and one point from the 6-9 puppy class under her belt, owner handled. When she stepped into the ring with Michael at the 2007 ABC Futurity, we were awestruck. Holy Cow, she looked fantastic with Michael. showed us proud winning the 12-15 month Fawn Bitch class and going on to take Reserve 12-15 month in the Futurity, only outdone by her litter brother “Wyatt” who was the 12-15 Month Futurity Winner. She came home to grow up where she received 2 more points, and a Grand Sweepstakes win owner handled before going back out with Michael just prior to the 2008 ABC, where she placed 2nd in the Open Fawn Bitch class under Rufus Burleson. In very quick order Michael had her finished by the end of May.
